Yeshivot, ulpanot, mechinot, midrashot and Torah communities can apply for a grant from the fund, which was founded in memory of Elisha Rothfeld Hy”d.ישיבות, אולפנות, מכינות, מדרשות וקהילות תורניות יכולות להגיש בקשה למענק מהקרן, שהוקמה לעילוי נשמת אלישע רוטפלד הי״ד.

We acknowledge receipt of every application within 10 days. The board decides on institution grants twice a year, in Cheshvan and in Iyar; a request is considered at the next meeting.נשלח אישור על קבלת הבקשה בתוך 10 ימים. הוועד מחליט על מענקים למוסדות פעמיים בשנה, בחשוון ובאייר, וכל בקשה נדונה בישיבה הקרובה.
